A singer known by her original name, Anika Sachdev, was born on the 24th of October 2002. She is from Gurgaon in India. She is not signed to any label and is working as an individual. She is more towards creating Pop Songs. She sings and writes songs and has just started producing music a year ago. She believes her music and song composition is melodic and has a unique touch that fits every mood and situation.
While creating music, there are two scenarios she considers during the process. The first one is composing music according to her current feeling, and the second is creating a piece of music that she would like to hear. Then she comes up with lyrics that will fit the theme.
Anika Sachdev first came to know about Karaoke mic when she was in Grade 1. It was her father’s, and he used it to enjoy music in his free time. From a very young age, her parents supported her and admired her singing skills. They encouraged her to sing more songs. This inspired her to participate in different music competitions. It was in grade 5 when she participated in the Hindustani choir. Then in grade 6, she started singing western songs and created her band in school. However, in grade 9, she started taking singing on a serious note and focused entirely on her singing skills. She got tutoring for singing and even appeared for Rock school exams to examine her singing skills. From then on, she practices music daily.
The singer believes that this activity of singing has aided her in overcoming many hurdles in her life. She likes to sing in front of a vast audience and frequently uses Instagram for her song promotions. Singing or listening to songs makes her feel more energetic and inspires her to do things in a better way.
The passion for becoming a singer led her to start writing song lyrics. She wishes to motivate people with her songs so that they may be able to achieve their goals. In the coming days, she will be coming up with tracks that will be a collaboration of ft. Enarem and more of her unique songs.
