SlyYng

A singer known by his stage name SlyYng is from Toronto, Canada. Currently, he is working on an individual basis and has not yet signed to any label. SlyYng songs are primarily based on Trap, Rap and Hip Hop genres. SlyYng is both the singer and composer of songs.
SlyYng started his music career at a very young age. He experienced recording songs at the studio at the age of nine. His first song was out on the market in February 2022. The story behind his stage name is related to Cy Young Award. Since he is a big fan of baseball and the name of the award for the best pitcher, i.e., Cy Young, helped the singer to coin a new and stylish name known as SlyYng.
The singer finds his music relevant to all types of occasions and every kind of mood. He finds his songs melodious, easy going and bassy, covering every type of music genre.

For the creative process of making out music, he uses a mix and match of every stuff from different musical instruments to different tunes of music. Blending all the stuff and organizing it in a sequential order brings the best out of the music composition. He starts making music by playing guitar, and if required, he adds a touch of drums too. The singer writes the lyrics and records them at the same time. Sometimes he composes music on a specific topic or theme, and sometimes he goes with no theme. After completing this mix-and-match exercise, he moves to the next stage of music finalization.
SlyYng has been practicing guitar since the age of 6. He took this hobby as an ordinary activity until the pandemic stroke. During this tenure, he focused more on this activity and got serious about improving his skills. He had learned some techniques in high school relating to music composition using different beats and logic. He left in the middle and continued to carry on a corporate career. However, at the early stage, he was sure that this corporate line was not made for him, and he again jumped back to his music composing career.

His song “Fly Away” was greatly appreciated by a worldwide audience. This song has more than Forty-Five thousand streams from all over the world, including Germany, Spain, Italy and many other countries. So the response to the first song inspired him to come up with another project, “Happy Birthday to Me .”The future project is known as “SlySzn,” and it will be released on 28th October.
From a very young age, SlyYng has been connected to the field of music. His father used to show him various tracks by singers and bands like Elton John, The Band and 50 Cent etc. His father bought him a guitar at the age of 2, and he used to practice it and got a knack for creating and finding good tunes while playing it. This made SlyYng start his career in this field.
